Is this counseling or therapy?

No. This is a mentorship and guidance program. While we use attachment-informed strategies and biblical principles, we are not licensed therapists. We are certified through Connected Marriage, and Lindsey has a bachelor’s degree in counseling and communications. Our goal is to equip couples with practical tools to strengthen their relationship.

What if we have serious marital issues, like infidelity or abuse?

While we are not licensed therapists, we can provide guidance and structured tools to help couples navigate challenges such as infidelity and certain abuse situations in a Christ-centered framework. For severe or ongoing abuse, or situations requiring professional intervention, we provide referrals to licensed professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of both partners.

How much does it cost?
